Vendor Relationships

You have ideas of what you want, but don't feel confident in them. We help bring your vision to life, but WAY better. Often the parent’s goal for the event is not the same as the kid’s. We listen to each of you and make sure that all involved are thrilled with the results. We take away the stress of "will this be great?" and turn it into, "that was amazing!"

On average, families spend 200 to 300 hours on planning a big event like this. Who has time for that? Don't worry, you will still get to do the fun stuff, but we will save you hours upon hours of time. No need to stay up all night searching Pinterest and Yelp.

We've been in business for over 15 years so we know which vendors are great and which are not. We will help choose the perfect vendors for your style and budget. Plus if something goes wonky on your event day, we are there to mop the floors, call in vendor-friend favors and go to great lengths to make sure the celebration is spectacular.

it works

All of our events are designed, planned, and executed in a streamlined and refined four-step process

01.

consultation

During our consultation we will get to know you and listen to your desires for this special day. We will learn about your family and child(ren), the honoree’s interests and quirks and what you envision for the big day.  

02.

VENUE SEARCH & design

This phase is all about the look and feel of your event and so we want to get to know your child so we can make the celebration a reflection of them. It will include 3 main things. 1. A meeting with the Bar/Bat Mitzvah Honoree 2. Design Proposal 3. A detailed budget

03.

coordination

This is where it all starts to come together! All vendors have been determined and now all vendors are booked. A detailed timeline is created, diagrams are drawn and details are in place.

04.

execution

This is the final three weeks before your event. Numbers are finalized and adjustments are made, vendors are confirmed, production schedule is distributed, and staffing is verified. On the day(s) of your event, our team will be onsite to make sure all details come together seamlessly.

Absolutely! We offer a la carte services of a venue search, separate from any planning.

Yes. Our standard package does not include a venue search. It can be added if desired.

We specialize in events in Southern California, but often work as destination event planners as well.

We charge a percentage of the overall event budget with a $5,000 minimum. The reason is because an event that costs $100,000 is a lot more work as the planner, than an event that costs $50,000. Also, when starting the event planning process, many of our clients don’t know what is possible. They think they are going to plan one thing, but after working with us, we may go in an entirely different direction. The percentage fee allows for flexibility.

The lowest budgets we typically work with are about $40,000, however for intimate affairs, it could be less.
