You have ideas of what you want, but don't feel confident in them. We help bring your vision to life, but WAY better. Couples don’t always see eye to eye. We listen to each of you and make sure that all involved are thrilled with the results. We take away the stress of "will this be great?" and turn it into, "that was amazing!".

On average, couples spend 200 to 300 hours on planning a wedding. Who has time for that? Don't worry, you will still get to do the fun stuff, but we will save you hours upon hours of time. No need to stay up all night searching Pinterest and Yelp.

We've been in business for over 15 years so we know which vendors are great and which are not. We will help choose the perfect vendors for your style and budget. Plus if something goes wonky on your wedding day, we are there to mop the floors, call in vendor friend favors and go to great lengths to make sure you haven’t a clue.

it works

All of our events are designed, planned, and executed in a streamlined and refined four-step process

01.

consultation

During our consultation we will get to know you as a couple and listen to your desires for this special day. We will learn about you as a couple, what makes you tick and what brought you together.

02.

Venue Design

THis phase is all about the look and feel of your wedding. It will include 3 main things. 1. Finding the perfect venue if you don’t already have one. 2. Design Proposal 3. Booking design related vendors like florals, linen, stationary, etc. 

03.

coordination

This is where it all starts to come together! All vendors have been determined and now all vendors are booked. A detailed timeline is created, diagrams are created and details are in place.

04.

execution

This is the final three weeks before your event. Numbers are finalized and adjustments are made, vendors are confirmed, production schedule is distributed, and staffing is verified. On the day(s) of your event, our team will be onsite to make sure all details come together seamlessly.

Absolutely! We offer a la carte services of a venue search, separate from any planning.

Yes. Our standard package does not include a venue search. It can be added if desired.

We specialize in events in Southern California, but often work as destination event planners as well.

We charge a percentage of the overall event budget with a $5,000 minimum. The reason is because an event that costs $100,000 is a lot more work as the planner, than an event that costs $50,000. Also, when starting the event planning process, many of our clients don’t know what is possible. They think they are going to plan one thing, but after working with us, we may go in an entirely different direction. The percentage fee allows for flexibility.

The lowest budgets we typically work with are about $40,000, however for intimate affairs, it could be less.
